English-Speaking Executive Admin Based in Argentina

Contract  |  Remote (anywhere in Argentina)  |  $$ depends on experience (weekly payment cycle)

EMPLIS is the premier Los Angeles (USA) based Staffing & Search firm that is trusted by its clients to supply them with best-fit candidates for their open positions. Quite literally, we ask our clients to judge us by the quality of candidates we present them with. To expand our internal team, we are looking for an English-Speaking Executive Assistant based in Argentina.

 

THE ROLE

You will be an Executive Admin to one or two Senior Executives, however, in the beginning up to 80% of your time will be spent on marketing activities. After a few months, you will hand over the marketing related activities to another team member. So, over the distance your passion should align with Executive Admin responsibilities. You are a fast learner, thrive in fast paced environments, adapt well to ever changing business needs, and don't crack under pressure. You stand out with your impeccable communication skills, combined with a strong business acumen, a passion for working with people, and a genuine commitment for our customers' success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partnering with internal colleagues and external hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy

  • Managing your time and resources effectively and keeping the rest of the team up to date on a regular basis

  • Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent

  • Conducting thorough behavioral interviews and phone screens to assess both baseline as well as the skills to be successful in our clients’ environments

  • Providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent English skill, spoken and written

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability

  • 2 years of working experience in a comparable capacity

  • Proven ability to work remotely in a globally distributed team

  • Demonstrated track record excellent interpersonal skills

  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to express complex things in a clear and concise way

  • Flexibility - from screening calls to organizing documents

  • Strong computer and Internet research skills

  • A genuine interest in our clients’ business success and insatiable curiosity to understand the intricacies and lingo in any given industry, shown by continuous learning throughout your career

  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion, accomplishing efficiency without compromising on quality
